We teach traditional Wado Ryu Karate, Light Contact Kickboxing, Tae Kwon-Do, Xtreme Forms, Xtreme Musical Forms, Martial Box Light and weaponry forms from around the world including Sai, Bo, Nunchaku, Kama, Tonfa and others including Katana, Fan, Escrima and EkuBoxercise classes are also available for those who just want to get fitter.

Our morning Ladies only classes are available allowing you to have some time just for you.

We focus on child safety, self-defence, confidence building and discipline.

We also  offer tailor made fitness regimes and weight loss programs.

We pride ourselves on developing students to become the best versions of themselves whilst having immense fun.

 

In the last three years of International Competition we have managed to bring home 87 Gold Medals whilst representing England as part of the National Team.
